There is no limit to the raw number of data and/or lists that we can merge, clean, and manipulate. We can then segment your list using any variables you choose, including but not limited to: Three digit Zip (SCF) selections, Zip code selections, Zip Radius selections, select by dates, Male/Female target markets, or online buyers. For example, if you want to select males who have bought online sporting goods within the last six months, over the age of 50, and live within a 50 mile radius of zip code 90258, WCDS can make it happen for you!

Duplicate detection is accomplished by finding all records that contain exactly or approximately the same data in one or more fields. Such as:
| Smith |
Bob |
123 Sesame St. |
Chicago |
| Smith |
Robert |
123 Sesame St. |
Chicago |
| R. Smith |
Bob |
123 Sesame Street |
Chicago |
Custom match codes can be created to precisely determine how duplicates are identified. This level of customization allows you to control whether or not multiple recipients at the same address receive your message, or restrict your mailing to one per household. WCDS can handle either scenario, as well as many other customizations.

The CASS system improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit ZIP®, ZIP + 4®, and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces. CASS is offered to all mailers, service bureaus, and software vendors who want to evaluate their address-matching software and improve the quality of their ZIP + 4, CRIS, and five-digit coding accuracy. This process is graded by the United States Postal Service®, National Customer Support Center (NCSC), and the results returned to mailers in order to provide useful diagnostics for correcting deficiencies.

It’s not enough to make sure the address is in the range of potential addresses on the given street. Delivery point verification is the process of verifying that the address has a delivery receptacle such as a mailbox and is not a city park, for example.

NCOALink processing searches your database for the individuals, families, and businesses that have moved and filed a change of address with the USPS® in the last 48 months. NCOALink is also available for address changes filed in the last 18 months.

Genderizing and spelling correction is another process WCDS performs on your data. This advanced processing ensures that names are spelled correctly and that first and last names are in the correct order. This service also saves you from losing data due to names that have been altered or abbreviated. For example, if a name appears as RBRT, our spelling correction will change the name to ROBERT, and the record is then saved.

WCDS performs extensive Hygiene on all your data to ensure all abbreviations are correct, 1st and 2nd address fields are correctly split, bad information is filtered out, and all information is uniform.

The National Do Not Call Registry allows consumers to opt-out of receiving telemarketing calls at home. If your output file contains phone numbers, we will ensure your list is compliant by suppressing these consumers from your file.

The Direct Marketing Association allows consumers to opt-out of receiving advertising by registering with their “Do Not Mail” File. WCDS can match and suppress these consumers from your list to ensure that your message reaches the right people.
