As the first member of WCDS and a pioneer in the data industry, Ritch has been part of the team for over 11 years. His extensive background in Hardware and Software systems was the backbone to the legacy systems which perform a majority of the daily data processes as well as the implementation of new services and products. He is largely responsible for client data Hygiene, Secure Storage and Maintenance and processes billions of records annually. Among other responsibilities he oversees the ongoing processes and analysis of client-owned and external marketing files to ensure that businesses achieve optimum results through data. |

Jonna started her career working in support and QA for several top software development companies before joining a specialized computer hardware and software testing lab. She has a background in Quality Assurance, Network Administration and Information Technology. Jonna’s strengths lie in the development of new Industry specific Campaign Management Tracking processes, Internal Data manipulation and Client file updates. Before joining WCDS in 2008, she worked as a database administrator and web developer for a large security company. |

Cody joined WCDS after graduating from Brigham Young University in 2010 with a BS in Statistics and Analytics. With a background in relational databases combined with the love of working with data, Cody heads up the File Management Division, directly responsible for the day to day hygiene and deliverability of the client data files.
